Composition:
Each 100 ml contains:
- Levamisole HCl: 20 g
- Vitamin B12: 5 mg
- Excipients to: 100 ml
Indications:
Levanour 20% is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic used for the prevention and treatment of gastrointestinal and lung worm infections in cattle, calves, sheep, goats, and poultry.
- Cattle, calves, sheep, and goats: Bunostomum, Chabertia, Cooperia, Dictyocaulus, Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Ostertagia, Protostrongylus, and Trichostrongylus spp.
- Poultry: Ascaridia and Capillaria spp.
- It improves and activates the immunity.
Side Effects:
Overdoses can cause colic, coughing, excessive salivation, excitation, hyperpnoea, lachrymation, spasms, sweating, and vomiting.
Contraindications:
- Administration to animals with impaired liver function.
- Concurrent administration with pyrantel, morantel, or organophosphates.
Usage:
For oral administration.
Dosage:
- Cattle, calves, sheep, and goats: 7.5 ml per 200 kg body weight for 1 day.
- Poultry: 100 ml per 200 L of drinking water for 1 day.
Withdrawal Periods:
- Meat: 10 days.
- Milk: 4 days.
Storage:
Keep in tightly closed containers in a dry and cool place, away from light and children.
