Composition
Each 100 ml contains:
- Apramycin Sulphate 25 g
- Excipients to 100 ml
Indications: Apramycin is an aminocyclitol antibiotic with a specific effect on gram-negative bacteria, especially coliforms, Salmonella, Proteus, Klebsiella, Treponema, Mycoplasma, and Staphylococcus. Therefore, it is effective in:
- Calves and Non-Ruminant Lambs: Treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by coli and outbreaks of clinical diseases due to intestinal salmonella (Salmonella Dublin) sensitive to Apramycin.
- Poultry (Broilers and Breeders): Treatment of coliform disease caused by coli sensitive to Apramycin.
- Rabbits: Treatment of bacterial enteritis caused by coli sensitive to Apramycin.
Usage: Administer orally through drinking water.
For calves, it can be given with milk replacer.
Dosage:
- Poultry: 100-200 ml per 200 liters, equivalent to 25-50 mg/kg body weight for 5-7 days.
- Rabbits: 100 ml per 125 liters of drinking water for 5-8 days.
- Small Non-Ruminant Calves: 1 ml per 6-12 kg, equivalent to 20-40 mg/kg body weight for 5 days.
- Infant Lambs: 1 ml per 25 kg body weight, equivalent to 10 mg/kg body weight for 3-5 days, or as advised by a veterinarian.
Withdrawal Period:
- Calves and Lambs: 28 days.
- Poultry: 7 days.

Storage: Keep in airtight containers, in a cool and dry place, away from light and children.
